Qompass Scholarship App Cancellation and Refund policy

Array Ventures Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U62099RJ2023PTC086761 and having its registered office at No.130, A.K.Gopalan Nagar, Khatipura, Jaipur - 302012, Rajasthan, India (“Company” or “we” or “our” or “us” or “Qompass”). The Company owns and operates the Qompass website (“Qompass Website”) and the mobile application Qompass application (“Qompass Scholarship App”) (Qompass Website and Qompass Scholarship App are collectively referred to as “Qompass Platform”). The Company through the Qompass Platform offers Scholarship tests for various entrance & competitive exams and linked services (“Service(s)”) to its users (“User(s)” or “you” or “your”). A user utilizing the platform or any of its features including participation in the various Scholarship tests shall be bound by this Qompass Responsible Play Policy.  

Qompass Platform is the ultimate scholarship app that lets you join & compete in online scholarship tests and earn scholarships. We always have our users' best interests in mind. We have developed explicit Responsible Play Policies to ensure that your experience is pleasurable, secure, and safe with us.

1. Cancellation of Scholarship Tests  

We reserve the right to cancel any scholarship test at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we cancel a scholarship test, we will refund any entry fees paid, if any, by users who entered the scholarship tests into the wallet.

a. Refunds

All entry fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• If a scholarship test is cancelled by us, we will refund any entry fees paid, if any, by users who entered the scholarship test.

• If a user is unable to participate in a scholarship test due to a technical issue or other problem on our end, we will refund the entry fee for that scholarship test.

• If a user accidentally enters a scholarship test and immediately contacts us to request a refund before the scholarship test starts, we may issue a refund at our discretion and this cannot be imposed legally on Qompass.

b. Disputes

If you have a dispute about a refund, you may contact us at care@qompass.in. We will review your request and make a determination at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellation of Coaching admission

Cancellation in this will be processed as follows and these cancellation options are applicable to all admissions made via Qompass Scholarship App.

1. Cancellation by Student
   Students may request cancellation of admission within 7 days of payment, provided:

   1. No more than 2 classes have been attended.
   2. Study material (digital/physical) has not been used or accessed/downloaded.
   Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Qompass app’s support section with a valid reason.

2. Cancellation by Coaching Institute
   If the institute cancels a batch or fails to commence the course within 15 days of the scheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the student.
   In case of changes in faculty, schedule, or location that materially impact the course, students may opt for a refund or transfer to a different batch or institute.

3. Refund Eligibility & Deductions
   Refunds will be processed as follows:

   Reason for cancellation	Refund Eligibility	Deductions

   Within 7 Days, Max 2 classes attended	80% refund	20% administrative & processing fee
   After 7 days, No class attended	90% refund	10% seat blocking charges
   After 7 days but before 25% course completion	50% refund	50% deduction ( Infrastructure faculty cost)
   After 25% course completion	No refund	NA

Scholarship discounts will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.

4. Refund Processing
   All refund requests will be routed through the Qompass support team, in collaboration with the coaching partner.
   The decision of the Qompass grievance committee will be final in case of any dispute.

5. Exceptions
   Force Majeure Events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.): Special refund provisions may apply and will be communicated via official updates.
   Digital-only Courses: Refunds are not applicable once access to the full course content is granted.

3. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy on the App and notify users by email or other means.

4. Acceptance of Policy

By using the App, you agree to be bound by this cancellation and refund policy.  

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Entry fees, if any, for the Scholarship test.

• Scholarship amount earned on platform

• Any other fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.
