1. Array Ventures Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U62099RJ2023PTC086761 and having its registered office at No.130, A.K.Gopalan Nagar, Khatipura, Jaipur - 302012, Rajasthan, India (“Company” or “we” or “our” or “us” or “Qompass”). The Company owns and operates the Qompass website (“Qompass Website”) and the mobile application Qompass application (“Qompass Scholarship App”) (Qompass Website and Qompass Scholarship App are collectively referred to as “Qompass Platform”). We through the Qompass Platform offer scholarship tests, A knowledge test for individuals to earn scholarship for coaching admission purpose and linked services (“Service(s)”) to its users (“User(s)” or “you” or “your”) subject to compliance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms & Conditions”)

Please note that you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) when you access and use the Services regardless of how you access or use them or engage with us, including through mobile devices. Your use of the Services is also subject to the Terms & Conditions. Please read this entire Privacy Policy to make sure you understand it, as by accessing the Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage and use of information relating to you as provided herein. By using the Services and accessing Qompass Platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You should also read the Terms & Conditions carefully, and make sure you understand and agree to them before using the Services/ Qompass Platform.

3. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Qompass Platform or use the Services, as well as ways we might use or share it. We are only describing our own practices and this policy does not apply to third parties we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Services.

4. Our Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time without notice and it is strongly recommended that you periodically review our Privacy Policy as available on the Qompass Platform. 1. Your consent
   By using Qompass Platform/ our Services and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on Qompass Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for collecting, using, sharing and disclosing your information as per this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, the updated changes shall be available on Qompass Platform, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
2. Types of information we collect

   1. We collect the following types of information from you when you register on the Qompass Platform and use our Services: any information that exclusively identifies you for e.g., your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, display picture, social media account ID (where provided by you), postal address. In some cases, for options such as virtual private rooms for scholarship tests (as defined in the Terms & Conditions), you may provide us with personal information of another person, for which we assume you have consent from such person to share their information with us. Further, we collect non-personal information, which is information that does not exclusively identify you but is related to you nonetheless such as information about your interests and demographics.

   2. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on Qompass Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our User’s demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our Users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the platform that you just came from, which platform you next go to, your computer/ mobile browser information, your Internet Protocol address, and other information associated with your interaction with the Qompass Platform.

3. Personal Information

   1. While providing you access to the Qompass Platform/ Services, we collect the following category of personal information: (i) information you give us, (ii) automatic collection of certain information, and (iii) information from other sources including service providers, partners, and publicly available sources.

   2. We, on the Qompass Platform, also collect and store personal information provided by you, including but not limited to your

      Precise location	We may collect and process information about your mobile device's GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device). Collect and monitor information about the precise location of your device to provide better serviceability, reduce risks associated with your account on the Qompass Platform and to provide customised offers/ Services.
      Ancillary information	To provide access to the features offered through Qompass Platform and to verify your identity, secure your account details, you may need to give us the permission to capture, record your device information, operating system information, network information, location information.
      Contacts	Collect and monitor contacts and accounts information to detect references and accounts information to autofill data during processing your requests for value added services.
      Guest list	To facilitate competitiveness amongst you and your friends, batchmates and colleagues (whether existing Users or other users) (hereinafter referred to as “Guests”), Users will need to provide details including contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID in relation to such Guests. Qompass may thereafter use such information to contact the Guests and invite such users to register with the Qompass Platform (where the Guest is not an existing User) and participate in the Scholarship tests (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) in relation to which such person was invited by the User. The participation of the Guest in any of the scholarship tests shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions for the use of Qompass Platform. The User hereby represents that the Guests have consented and agreed to such disclosure to and use of their contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID by Qompass.
      Financial SMS	Collect and monitor only transactional SMS about bank transactions to help us perform a credit risk assessment. No personal SMS is stored and collected.
      Others	As may be explicitly required and requested from time to time.

4. How we use personal information

   1. We use your personal information to operate, provide, and improve our Services including: providing, delivering, processing transactions related to us; measure, support, and improve our Services; provide recommendations and personalization; comply with legal obligations; communicate with you; marketing; fraud and abuse prevention and credit risks; other purposes for which we may seek your consent.

   2. Personal information about our User is an important part of our business. We share personal information for the following purposes with the authorised vendors/ affiliates only:

      1. Transactions involving third party payment intermediaries: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, you give consent to your financial information being shared with third party payment intermediaries, including transactional SMS (sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders) about bank transactions and KYC verification.

      2. Third party service providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for delivering hardware, sending communications, processing payments, tabulating points, assessing credit and compliance risks, analyzing data, providing marketing and sales assistance, conducting customer relationship management, and providing training. With your prior consent, these third party service providers shall have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

      3. Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal information generally is 1 (one) of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any preexisting Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of us and others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, in response to any duly authorised legal process, governmental requests, enforce or apply our terms and other agreements, or protect the rights, interests, property, or security of the Company, our Users, or others.

      5. At your option: Other than as set out above, we shall seek your consent when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

5. Location of personal information
   The Company is located in India. Depending on the scope of your interactions with our Services/ Qompass Platform, your personal information may be stored in or accessed in India. Whenever we transfer personal information to other jurisdictions, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
6. Non-personally identifiable information
   Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not identify a specific end user. This type of information may include things like the URL of the website you visited before coming to Qompass Platform, the URL of the website you visit after leaving Qompass Platform, the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol address, type of device etc. Such information may be used by us to analyse trends and gather demographic information, etc.
7. Collection of installed applications
   We collect a list of the installed applications’ metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized Services.
8. How we secure information
   Your Security is our highest priority and we design our systems and protocols with your security and privacy in mind, and in furtherance of the same we ensure the following:

   1. We maintain a wide variety of compliance programs that validate our security controls.

   2. We protect the security of your information during transmission to or from the Qompass Platform/ Services by using encryption protocols and software.

   3. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

9. Third Parties
   Our Services/ use of Qompass Platform may include third party links to other websites and/or applications. Such websites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond Qompass’s control. Third party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, or services. Qompass is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
10. Access and choice
    You can view, update, and delete certain information about you, your account and your interactions with our Services/ Qompass Platform. If you cannot access or update your information yourself, you can always contact us for assistance.
    You have choices about the collection and use of your personal information. Our Services/ Qompass Platform include settings that provide you with options as to how your information is being used wherein you can choose not to provide certain information.
11. User account and data deletion
    Users are entitled to request Qompass to delete their User accounts and their personal information either by sending an email with their written request to care@qompass.in or through Qompass Scholarship App.

    1. We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

       1. Our receipt of your written request; or

       2. Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide, to enable us to comply with your request, whichever is later.

    If you proceed with permanent deactivation of your account, you will lose access to the Portal and the Services, including any User data and personal information associated with your account. This request will be irreversible.
    

    2. Any scholarship amount remaining unused in the User's Qompass account/Wallet on the date of deactivation or deletion shall be treated as below

       1. Scholarship Earned - Amount in this account will be forfeited as this amount has been credited by Qompass to consume on platform only against admissions with preferred coaching partners.

       2. Referral & Bonus Scholarship - Amount in this account will be forfeited as this amount has been credited by Qompass to consume on platform only against various promotion schemes.

    3. When you request deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.

12. Retention of information
    Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of your information described in this Privacy Policy are no longer applicable; and (ii) we are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain your personal information and the retention of your personal information is not required for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.
13. Advertising
    When Qompass presents information to its online advertisers -- to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on the App -- it is usually in the form of aggregated statistics on traffic to various pages within our site. When you register with Qompass, we contact you from time to time about updating your content to provide features which we believe may benefit you.
14. Conditions of Use
    Qompass does not warrant that this portal, its servers, or email sent by us or on our behalf are virus free. Qompass will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this portal, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. In no event will Qompass be liable for any damages whatsoever in an amount in excess of an amount of INR 100.

16. Cookies

    1. We use cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to recognize your browser or device, learn more about your interests, provide you with essential features and services, and for additional purposes, including:

       1. Recognizing you when you sign in use our offerings. This allows us to provide you with recommendations, display personalized content, and provide other customized features and services.

       2. Keeping track of your specified preferences. This allows us to honour your likes and dislikes, such as your language and configuration preferences.

       3. Conducting research and diagnostics to improve our offerings.

       4. Preventing fraudulent activity.

       5. Improving security.

       6. Delivering content, relevant to your interests on Qompass Platform and/or third-party sites.

       7. Reporting. This allows us to measure and analyze the performance of our offerings.

    2. Cookies allow you to take advantage of some of essential features. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our Cookies, you might not be able to use certain offerings that require you to sign in, or you might have to manually adjust some preferences or language settings every time you visit Qompass Platform. Approved third parties may also set Cookies when you interact with our offerings. Third parties include search engines, providers of measurement and analytics services, social media networks, and advertising companies. Third parties use Cookies in the process of delivering content, including ads relevant to your interests, to measure the effectiveness of their ads, and to perform services on behalf of the Company.

    3. You can manage browser Cookies through your browser settings. The ‘Help’ feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new Cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, how to disable Cookies, and when Cookies will expire. If you disable all Cookies on your browser, neither we nor third parties will transfer Cookies to your browser.

    4. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some features and services may not work.
