The Company owns and operates the Qompass website (“Qompass Website”) and the mobile application Qompass application (“Qompass Scholarship App”) (Qompass Website and Qompass Scholarship App are collectively referred to as “Qompass Platform”). We through the Qompass Platform offer scholarship tests, A knowledge test for individuals to earn scholarship for coaching admission purpose and linked services (“Service(s)”) to its users (“User(s)” or “you” or “your”) subject to compliance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms & Conditions”)
Please note that you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) when you access and use the Services regardless of how you access or use them or engage with us, including through mobile devices. Your use of the Services is also subject to the Terms & Conditions. Please read this entire Privacy Policy to make sure you understand it, as by accessing the Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage and use of information relating to you as provided herein. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Qompass Platform or use the Services, as well as ways we might use or share it. We are only describing our own practices and this policy does not apply to third parties we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Services.

We collect the following types of information from you when you register on the Qompass Platform and use our Services: any information that exclusively identifies you for e.g., your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, display picture, social media account ID (where provided by you), postal address. In some cases, for options such as virtual private rooms for scholarship tests (as defined in the Terms & Conditions), you may provide us with personal information of another person, for which we assume you have consent from such person to share their information with us. Further, we collect non-personal information, which is information that does not exclusively identify you but is related to you nonetheless such as information about your interests and demographics.
We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on Qompass Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our User’s demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our Users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the platform that you just came from, which platform you next go to, your computer/ mobile browser information, your Internet Protocol address, and other information associated with your interaction with the Qompass Platform.
While providing you access to the Qompass Platform/ Services, we collect the following category of personal information: (i) information you give us, (ii) automatic collection of certain information, and (iii) information from other sources including service providers, partners, and publicly available sources.

We may collect and process information about your mobile device's GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device). Collect and monitor information about the precise location of your device to provide better serviceability, reduce risks associated with your account on the Qompass Platform and to provide customised offers/ Services. |

Guest list |
To facilitate competitiveness amongst you and your friends, batchmates and colleagues (whether existing Users or other users) (hereinafter referred to as “Guests”), Users will need to provide details including contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID in relation to such Guests. Qompass may thereafter use such information to contact the Guests and invite such users to register with the Qompass Platform (where the Guest is not an existing User) and participate in the Scholarship tests (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) in relation to which such person was invited by the User. The participation of the Guest in any of the scholarship tests shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions for the use of Qompass Platform. The User hereby represents that the Guests have consented and agreed to such disclosure to and use of their contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID by Qompass. |

Personal information about our User is an important part of our business. We share personal information for the following purposes with the authorised vendors/ affiliates only:
Transactions involving third party payment intermediaries: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, you give consent to your financial information being shared with third party payment intermediaries, including transactional SMS (sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders) about bank transactions and KYC verification.
Third party service providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for delivering hardware, sending communications, processing payments, tabulating points, assessing credit and compliance risks, analyzing data, providing marketing and sales assistance, conducting customer relationship management, and providing training. With your prior consent, these third party service providers shall have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal information generally is 1 (one) of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any preexisting Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

We maintain a wide variety of compliance programs that validate our security controls.
We protect the security of your information during transmission to or from the Qompass Platform/ Services by using encryption protocols and software.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:
Our receipt of your written request; or
Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide, to enable us to comply with your request, whichever is later.
Any scholarship amount remaining unused in the User's Qompass account/Wallet on the date of deactivation or deletion shall be treated as below
Scholarship Earned - Amount in this account will be forfeited as this amount has been credited by Qompass to consume on platform only against admissions with preferred coaching partners.
Referral & Bonus Scholarship - Amount in this account will be forfeited as this amount has been credited by Qompass to consume on platform only against various promotion schemes.
When you request deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
We use cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to recognize your browser or device, learn more about your interests, provide you with essential features and services, and for additional purposes, including:
Recognizing you when you sign in use our offerings. This allows us to provide you with recommendations, display personalized content, and provide other customized features and services.
