Description:

If you want to work with a start up and gain knowledge do apply. You'll be working with the highly ambitious and passionate team to gain and engage more of our viewers and followers by creating memes, reels using our own content as per the trends.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the ideation for new content (video content, posts, etc.) for Qompass Social media handles i.e. Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Telegram.
• Handling the execution of content ideas with marketing perspective growth of the page.
• Helping and assisting the team in creating engaging content.
• Providing data analysis and metric reporting as per requirements.
• Coordinating with editors for execution of social media posts.
• Maintaining audience interaction.

Requirements:

• Graduates/Soon to be graduates with a hunger to learn & work hard.
• Strong bias towards social media trends.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)environment.
• Keen to learn and open to take feedback.
