PHP Developer (2-4 years)

Description:

As a 2-4 years experience in Laravel/PHP, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications. You should be writing high quality, maintainable, optimized code. You should be able to debug and fix issues. You should have a good understanding of MVC architecture, coding best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel, MySQL, MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and UI/UX team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Write well-structured and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and address technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Optimize application performance to ensure high levels of scalability and responsiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and PHP to continuously improve the product and development processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement efficient and scalable database schemas and data models.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 2-4 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and accomplishments.
• Proficient in PHP programming and solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL, and writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
