Description:

Looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team, working with a young, talented, and creative team which intends to offer an awesome experience to application users. The role will focus on engaging with our ever-growing community of customers, brand advocates, and influencers.


Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with the existing customer support team and working in tandem on customer queries and responses over emails, phone or chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the internal stakeholders.
  • Possesses excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation.
  • Actively engage and participate in offline community events or meetings as appropriate and when required.

Requirements:
  • Speaking and Writing in the English language at a native level is a must.
  • Additional languages will be a bonus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a clear and confident communicator with people at all levels.
  • A quick thinker and keen problem-solver with demonstrable experience in a commercial environment.
  • Keen to learn and open to take feedback and adapting to a challenging work environment.
